  I need help canceling hosting and domain please

  Hi there,

  What exactly is it that you wish to cancel? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains on WordPress.com, and we offer hosting services for free.

  I see you did have a Business Plan with us on one of your sites, but instead of contacting us to cancel it for a full refund within 30 days, you have disputed the charge with your bank, thereby accusing us of fraud.

  That payment is now frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy here:

  If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves. Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which could take eight to twelve weeks.

  Direct support comes with all of our paid plans, so if you’ll cancel the fraud dispute, we can help you get your plan added again. Then you’ll have access to chat and email based support.

  You’ll want to take care of that as soon as possible though, as it can take a few days to close an investigation. The you’d be welcome to open a chat and discuss things, or we can work on a refund for you.

  First off, I want to thank you for your help in getting this taken care of. I greatly appreciate it.
  Ok, the fraud claim is closed. I apologize for the charge against you. My husband jumped the gun when he did not recognize the charge.
  What else do I need to do to get this resolved?

  Thank you for letting us know. I can now either refund your Business plan – in that case, we’ll also need to revert your site to the state it was before you uploaded the first plugin.
  You will likely lose all content added after afterward. If you were looking to close your site, this wouldn’t make any difference, however, if you’d like to keep that site with a lower plan, you’ll want to first export all your content.
