cancel hosting subscription
-
I have signed up with bluehost for hosting as I need to manipulate code and plugins within my wordpress site, and cannot do it with wordpress hosting. I signed up for the cancellation and refund, but have not received an email verifying that this has taken place. My bank account does not reflect the cancellation either. I cancelled less than 24 hours after having signed up for the $99 plan. When can I expect notification of cancellation, and when can I expect the refund?

There are no upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. This typically means that you ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point.
What is the URL of your site?

staff-ozmodiar, the OP apparently created a number of threads on this same topic.
In this one, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/subscription-cancellation-3?replies=1 they mention retailmommy.com

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the retailmommy.com upgrades.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to cancel or request a refund on the retailmommy.com upgrades.

If you have ANY intention of using your the retailmommy.com domain with your BlueHost account, I HIGHLY encourage you NOT to cancel the domain. Because of registrars anti-fraud rules, a canceled domain is not immediately made available to register again. At best, you will need to wait a few weeks before you can register it again. At worst, you will lose control over the domain completely and never get to register it again.
Instead, just cancel WordPress.com Premium, keep the upgrade, and then use these instructions to point your WordPress.com registered domain to BlueHost:
