  Hi, I was trying to import template from different website, but it’s stuck and I can’t cancel it. How can I do it?

  Hi there,

  Templates cannot be imported on WordPress.com using the importer tool.

  If you want to use a third-party WordPress theme on WordPress.com you first need to upgrade to the Business Plan. Then you’ll be able to upload the theme via My Site ->Themes.

  The importers at My Site ->Import can only be used to import site content from one of the supported platforms.
