    I want to downgrade from pro hosting on bluehost, in order to do that they told me I have to cancel with you guys first.
    I dont want to pay for the wordpress jetpack service. I want to call you but there are no numbers to do so. If you have a free option I´ll keep that

    In this particular case, there’s nothing to cancel on our end, as your plan is through Bluehost.

    If you downgrade the site through them, that will also downgrade to the free Jetpack plan.
