  I want to cancel jetpack but no clear way of getting this as it is

  Hi! I don’t see any Jetpack-connected sites on this account. Can you log out, then log into Jetpack using the email address that gets renewal reminders? Then you can contact Jetpack support directly at this link so they can help you sort this out. Cheers!
