Cancel Jetpack account

    I need to cancel the Jetpack account I setup. I do not want to close the WP site it is attached to so I need to know that if I cancel the Jetpack account, my WP site will remain intact.

    There are two possible interpretations of your question, so I will provide two possible answers.

    If you want to cancel a paid Jetpack subscription, you can use this link to request that from Jetpack support:

    If your goal is to disconnect Jetpack from a website–you decided not to use Jetpack on the site–here is a link the has instructions:

    That page also provides disconnection instructions for inactive sites, so you will need to scroll down to see the section for disconnecting active sites.
