  cancel me buying wordpress.org today wanting plugins because wordpress.com don’t have plugins. just cancel me out because this gets very confusing?

  Hi there,

  Please note that there is a 2 day refund period for domains. Unfortunately, yours was purchased back in July and I wouldn’t be able to provide you a refund.

  However, please note that you can still use this domain with your WordPress.org site. You just need to update the nameservers to your new host:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/

  You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

  Just note, after 60 days (there is a 60 day lock placed on newly registered domains due to ICANN rules) you can transfer your domain registration out if you wish as well. The guide below explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar, including how to access the authorization (EPP) code:
