  Hi! I would like to cancel my WordPress membership. I don’t remember the e-mail that I made the upgrade, but I can give you the payment information, along with the credit card number if that’s okay.

  This is a reply from @supernovia on a previous thread regarding the same issue:

  Hi, I don’t see any upgrades associated with this account. Could you confirm whether the charges say wpchrg.com on them? If they do, can you go to wpchrg.com and use the secure form to find the account and contact billing?

  I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
