Cancel membership and reimbursement of a charge.

    Hi there, I didn’t know WordPress was set on a auto-renewal. I need to have my charge reimbursed and cancel the membership.

    Of what upgrade and on which site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here is only two hours old, and owns no sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

    We can only cancel an upgrade if the request comes from the WordPress.com username account that owns it.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
