Cancel membership, for goodness' sake

I have been trying to cancel the renewal of my domain registration for more than three weeks. Although I have first registered for your site 9/24/2014 I never completed the creation of a blog. On 8/24/2015 I was charged for another year and have been trying to cancel renewal ever since. I do not have a blog so there is nothing to cancel. Please reimburse my paypal account. Hi Drora,
According to our records, your domain was renewed on August 26 and we received notice that you disputed that charge on August 30. When you dispute a charge like that, the charge is treated as potential fraud and the funds are held until the dispute can be resolved. Once it is resolved you will receive the refund. (WordPress.com can’t issue the refund while a charge is being disputed.)
Alternately, if you cancel that dispute, we can issue a refund right away. If you decide to cancel the dispute, please let me know and I can help you with that refund.

Sirs – I only filed the dispute because it was virtually impossible for me to find another way to communicate with you. I will cancel the dispute immediately and expect you to let me know of the refund within the next three business days.
And, by the way, it is bad manners to make it so difficult to get in touch with you guys in ways other than via a forum or pay method.

Hi Drora,
Thank you for canceling the dispute. I issued you a full refund for that renewal. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.
