  Never post a phone number in a public forum unless you want to be flooded by spammers and scammers. Anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress is a fraude as wordpress.com deosn’t have phone support.
  You can’t use third party plugins on a free wordpress.com website, so we can’t help you. You must contact the vendor of that plugin to solve this problem.
