  Usernme accounts are never deleted here at WordPress.com http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
  You can delete the blog but if you do then the URL (blog address) cannot be recycled and reused by anyone. That’s why we suggest you simply make the blog “pirvate” instead.

  Edit: “Usernme ” was supposed to be “Username”
