  Hi I would like to cancel my account. £85 have been taken from my account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can permanently close your WordPress.com account from your Account Settings screen, and then clicking Close My Account Permanently.

  You may want to go to your Manage Purchases page first and make sure all recurring payments are cancelled.

  Hi mkkidsinteriors,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades, which suggests you may have another. What is the address of the site you were charged for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs here, a site link is the only information I need for now.

  You could also try logging out of mkkidsinteriors, then log back in using the email address you purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, there should be an option to cancel the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page.
