I did not pay $318 a year ago when I opened my account. It said it would auto – renee but NOT at that rate. I got NO warning until I saw the receipt in my account this morning.
CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AND REFUND MY MONEY!

Hi @binowest, I don’t see any upgrades on your account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not?

We’ve completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use.
The payment in question was sent as part of a billing agreement you previously set up with the merchant.
We’ve now canceled this agreement for you to prevent any other unwanted transactions. Moving forward please be sure to review all your active billing agreements. If you need a refund for a payment sent using an active billing agreement, please contact the merchant directly.

The dispute still shows as under-review on our end. We will not be able to refund you until we receive an update directly from PayPal that they have closed the dispute. Until we receive such an update from them the payment is still frozen, so we literally have no way to refund it at this point.
