  Hi there, I just bought wordpress on Monday, 6/20. I have decided to cancel my subscription. Can you please help me?

  What did you purchase?

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to?

  And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?

  Hi,
  I purchase wordpress to build a website, but I did not build a site. Instead, I published an article:
  https://launchforthcom.wordpress.com/2016/06/20/cherished-and-valued/

  Also, I built another empty page https://launchforthdotcom.wordpress.com/

  I did not build the actual website as it is too complicated.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades or any sites in your account.

  The site, https://launchforthdotcom.wordpress.com/, was created with a different WordPress.com username than the one you’re using to post here. You will need to be logged in as that username to cancel the upgrades.

  As for the site being too complicated, consider working through our tutorial section. It should make things much simpler:

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account, and on top of that your account hasn’t been verified either.

  Please check your email inbox, the social and updates tabs, as well as the spam folder for the activation email. Your account won’t work properly until you verify it using the link in that email. Let me know if you can’t find it.

  As for the refund, for which site was that? I’ll need you to please post here as the account that owned the upgrade, otherwise I can’t help you with this.
