  Hi there,

  Does your account have any subscriptions for plans, etc.? If so you’ll need to connect with staff to cancel those.

  WordPress.com account cannot be deleted but you can empty and delete your site. Here is a link to the steps you’ll need to take to empty and delete your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Once this is done remove all personal information from your Account Settings and change your password to a random string. This will leave your account inactive and prevent you from gaining access to it in the future.
