Cancel my account and profil

Yesterday I got help to cancel my account and profile and got a total refund, but why can I still log in to my profil? I need to make a new user navn and domain name for my blog. When I now try to make a new profil whit a new domain name and user name I am not alloud, becouse I still have one…? Can someone please delete/cancel it, so I can start to make a new one.

Hi –
You don’t need to create a new user account just to start over with a new blog or domain.
If you’re trying to use the domain that was just cancelled you won’t be able to unless we recover the domain for you – because it has been cancelled so you could be issued a refund.
If you’re trouble is that you’re trying to use the same email address on the new account as the one listed on lillioline, again, this can’t happen. Each account requires a unique email address.
