I tried cancelling my account but it keeps telling me that I need to speak to customer support. When I try to send a message it takes me here. How do I cancel my account and get a refund. I never used the system.

In order to proceed we will need to revert the site at https://theorganizationproscom.wpcomstaging.com/ which will remove all contents added since you first upgraded to the Business Plan.
Did you wish to save any of the contents of the site before we revert? If not we are ready to proceed. Once the site is emptied you will be able to close your account.
We will be sorry to see you go! I do not see that you contacted us for help very often (priority support was provided in your upgrade) so is there something we could have done differently to help along the way? Thanks for the additional info.

I already cancelled my purchases. You can delete everything from the site. I didn’t build out the website so I do not need this site. I never did use it.

We were able to revert the site successfully for you.If you want to permanently delete your site, please follow this guide:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as after 30 days, we purge the site entirely, and we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.
