Howdy!
There are not any active upgrades connected to this account that you’ve contacted us from. Because of that there won’t be a renewal fee charged to this account.
Is there a specific upgrade you’re looking to cancel? You can do that by logging into the user account that owns that upgrade and navigating to Manage Purchases.

I’ll be happy to issue a refund, however, there is not a history of upgrades on the account that you’ve posted from. What was the charge amount? The upgrade? Did the charge come from a different user account?
