Cancel my account in 48 hours

  I signed up for an account that cost $99 It said I could have 48 hours to cancel if I wanted and get my money back. I have been trying to find a phone number but I cannot. I thought it would be an easy site to build but it was way over my head. I cannot write hml, cms, etc. I just wanted an easy customizable site. My 48 hours ends today and I don’t knwo how to get ahold of anyone. I need to cancel please! Thank you

  No, you can’t contact support by phone. Email them at support at wordpress dot com and they’ll note when you sent it and you’ll get your money back.

  This has already been answered in other threads, you’d do well to search what you’re looking for in future.

  E-mail support@wordpress.com and contact them directly.

  Also, if you’re a beginner it’s WAY better to just pick a theme you can live with and start blogging. Most beginners aren’t also designers, and it’s not an easy thing to pick up.
