Cancel my account & Jetpack upgrades

I need to close my account & cancel my Jetpack upgrade. This is something that I had already completed in years past – which is why there is no content or login to this account since 2018 but I am still being charged for it annually. I need written proof that this account has been canceled and I will not be charged again next year. Is there a support # that I can call to get this handled?

You may have closed down your actual WordPress site which was hosted at another hosting provider, but that action did not have any effect on your WordPress.com username account and the Jetpack upgrades you own under this account, as we are a completely separate company from your former hosting provider, and you’re paying us for a completely different service than you were paying them for.
I see you have disputed the recent renewal charge for your Jetpack plan with your bank. We offer a full refund on all upgrades if you contact us within 30 days of payment, but when you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy here:
If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves and cancel your Jetpack plan. Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which could take eight to twelve weeks.
Additionally, you’ll need to pay the chargeback fee before you will be able to close this WordPress.com account.
