  Hi can I cancel my account and keep my domain at wordpress and transfer to another hosing site? 99dollar refund and 45 dollar refund for premium template. Thank you!

  No username accounts here are deleted. In order to manage your domain and update the nameservers you do need a username account. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting for assistance.

  I have canceled and refunded your theme as requested.

  The $99 is for the value bundle which includes your domain registration. I can only refund it if you want to completely cancel your domain too.

  Do realize that if you cancel the domain registration through wordpress.com, that it might be a good bit of time before the registrar partner releases that domain name back into the pool. I’ve seen it take 60 days and you always run the risk of someone else snapping it up before you can get it.

  I would like to keep my domain name at wordpress, so I am OK with the 99dollars.

  Can you tell me how I can point my domain at another host? or lead me to a post?

  Yes, you can do that through the domain management as explained in this support document.

  Hi, I would like to cancel my account because it has been deactivated.

  If your domain name has been registered for more than 60 days you can transfer your domain with an EPP code as we describe here.

  You can generate another by starting the transfer process again http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar
