  My account is less then 48 hours old. Was started on Saturday evening. Today is Monday morning. Therefore is less then 48 hours old. I was told it is not eligible for a refund because it is 2 days old. Why is this happening? Why is an account less then 48 hours old not eligible for a refund? Was I told the truth when I signed up? Please let me and others, know the truth about your policies, when it comes to refunds.
