  Hi there,

  You can cancel any upgrades in your account from the Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  The refund should be processed automatically when you do that.

  If you want to completely close your account, you can do that from the Account Settings page after you’d cancelled the upgrades.

  Delete your account
