  cancel my site – I’m continuing to get charged for it after I thought it was canceled

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  I need this site canceled and all affiliation with it. I am still getting charged for it.

  Hi there!

  I don’t see any active subscriptions on your WordPress.com site. Were you referring to utahimmersioncouncil.wordpress.com? The Personal plan from this site has already been canceled, but there’s a domain registration which was done from a different WordPress.com account. You will need to log into the other account and follow the steps here to cancel the domain.

  Please note that if you cancel a domain, you risk losing it permanently.

  If you’re having trouble logging into the other account, please send an email to billingsupport@wordpress.com and include the transaction ID for the most recent payment to WordPress.com from the other account. Our billing team will get back to you via email to help you log into the other account.
