Cancel my domain

    Why do I continue to get the “upgrade not cancellable” notice for my domain registration? I no longer use this site and would like it deleted and refunded.

    Hi there,

    Your domain is in the process of auto-renewing, which is why you can’t cancel it.

    I’ve stopped the autorenewal so you won’t be charged, and I’ve disabled auto-renew on the domain. It will expire on 16 April unless you manually renew it before then.

    If you want to completely cancel, please confirm you understand that you might not be able to use the domain again if you do, and I can take care of it for you.
