Cancel My Domain

  I’d like to cancel my expired domain (http://giggoer.net)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Oh no! This blog’s domain giggoer.net expired 65 days ago!

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel at > Store > My Upgrades

  Please keep in mind that cancelling (or not renewing) a domain means that you give up ownership of that domain name completely. There’s no guarantee that you will be able to register that domain again in the future, either here at WordPress.com or with another registrar.

  Important note: The cancellation link sent to the email address on the account is only valid for 24 hours.

  i clicked on ‘Cancel and Refund’ but they said ‘You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. Please contact support’

  I’ve removed that expired domain from your account, so you’re all set with that. If you’d like, you can keep using the blog with its free WordPress.com address. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
