  I received notification of renewal (exp 2020-10-08 21:09:53 )
  Domain Name: absolutenotaries.com
  I do not wish to renew this on expiry. Please cancel the automatic renewal and confirm that this has been done by email

  You will need to cancel your paid upgrades back to the basic plan by going to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  The kentnotary account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

  The domain, absolutenotaries.com, belongs to a different WordPress.com account, and only that account can disable auto-renewal on that upgrade, or request that staff do it.

  Log out of this account, and log back in as the account that owns that domain, and you’ll be able to do this from the Purchases page as explained above.
