Cancel my free (one month) premium subscription

I am trying to cancel my free(one month) premium upgrade. I’ve done it twice but each time I do it, I do not received an email confirming it and I am still on premium subscription.
Can you please help me cancel it?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’d be happy to cancel your free trial of the WordPress.com Premium upgrade for you. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can cancel your entire Premium purchase, including your domain shunkandojoedinburgh.com. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like to completely cancel everything, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing shunkandojoedinburgh.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.
2) If you want to keep your domain, I can send you a manual payment request for just the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total of $26. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, shunkandojoedinburgh.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

I went ahead and removed the Premium bundle subscription from your account and left your domain intact. I also sent a manual payment request for the domain to your email address on file. Can you make the requested payment there?

I’ve completed my payment a few hours ago and I have not received a receipt of that payment yet by email. Any idea if my payment has gone through?
Also, when one attempts to open a wordpress site, the fee for the domain is according to your website 12 £, approximately 20$.
Retrospectively, I was asked to pay 26 $. Any ideas why this happened?
