Cancel my free trial

    Hi! I want to cancel my WordPress subscription. My free trial is set to expire on Wednesday so I would also like a refund. I can’t do it on my own because I can’t see the subscription in the purchases section.
    Please cancel my plan.

    Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, that’s why you don’t see it under ‘My Purchases’. According to https://hostingchecker.com/ and https://www.whois.com/whois/armari.online, your site is hosted by Bluehost, so you must contact their support.

    Hi Folks – Just adding to let you know I’ve reviewed the account and there are no upgrades or purchases or trials.

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Bluehost. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
