  I am not able to get plugins so i want to cancel my hosting.

  Hello there,

  I see that you had the Premium upgrade trial on your site, and I’ve removed that, so you won’t be charged.

  I was concerned with your domain, however, I didn’t want to cancel it without your express permission. When you cancel a domain, there is no guarantee that you will ever be able to get it back.

  If you’d like to start a WordPress.org site where you can add plugins, and plan to use enggate.com with it, you should consider “pointing” your domain to the new webhost, or transferring the domain to the new host.

  About changing your name servers to point your domain to a non-WordPress.com site:
