Cancel my membership

    I want to cancel both of my memberships and refund the fees, could you help me please

    Hi @elnayerjabir, sure. I can see the refunds were sent.

    It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement. If you cancelled immediately after purchasing, that refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refunds on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm they weren’t voided, then contact us here.
