Hello there,
When you log in you should see a My Site(s) option on the top left of the website. When you click it it takes you to your sites page. If there are no sites there, then perhaps you created them using a different account?

Most WordPress.com products can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, or 7 days for subscriptions with monthly billing.

I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
