Cancel my personal plan

  Hello,

  I canceled my personal plan after finding that the plan does not meet what I expect. You just refund USD 9.88 instead of full amount. Can you check and refund all?

  I’m happy to sort this out for you. I just want to verify your plans for the domain.

  You cancelled vietenergy.net in the process of cancelling your Personal Plan.

  If you want to use it again, I suggest that we try to have it restored through our domain partner. Otherwise, there’s the possibility that someone else will buy the domain before you once it becomes available for purchase.

  My plan is personal plan.

  So far, I have not received email confirming the cancelation of the domain and refund the full amount.

  Your WordPress.com Personal Plan was purchased on 10/7/16 and cancelled on 10/7/16. A refund has been issued to you and can take up to 7 business days to post into the account.

  Your domain, vietenergy.net, is available to be registered again after working through the cancellation process. I suggest registering it now if you have any plans to use it again. Otherwise, someone else could purchase it first. You can do this through us or the vendor of your choice.
