    Hi. I believed my plan was canceled and I.was charged 221.74. I want this refunded and this plan canceled. I haven’t used the program and believed it was done

    Hi,

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade.

    Do you have any other information about what site the plan was applied to?
