Cancel my plan

    I just saw a pending balance on my account for an auto renewal. I didn’t realize my plan was going to auto renew and I’d like to cancel the plan and see if I can get this last renewal fee returned.

    There are not any active upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from. Please sign in to your other account and post here. Then we can move forward with the refunds.

    I am not sure which other account you are referring to. I don’t recall having another account. I understand that I don’t have any upgrades or credit card information saved. I’m not sure what you need me to do.

    Correct, you have created 2 user accounts. The upgrades that you are referring to were purchased under your other user account. To help locate those credentials I have sent an email to the email address on the correct account.

    Please reply to that email directly or post here in this thread logged in to that account.
