Cancel my automatic renewal

Hi deanacouturier,
To cancel your plan or automatic renewal, log in, then visit the “Manage Purchases” page found at this link: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Once on your profile’s Manage Purchases page, select the plan you wish to cancel, then click the “Remove” button at the bottom and follow the instructions from there.

Hi @deanacouturier,
If you wish to only disable Auto Renew and prefer to renew your upgrades manually without cancelling your purchase, you will need to contact support so that they can disable Auto Renew for you.

I did not see any active renewals under the account that you are contacting us from.
What particular upgrade were you wanting to deactivate? And what site is that upgrade connected to?

So sorry, but I received an email that my plan would be automatically renewed on 22 August. But thank you for responding so quickly.

No problem.
I’m not sure why you would receive an email for an upgrade that has been deactivated for several years now. Was the email regarding countrycouturier.wordpress.com?

Thank you all for your help. The email I received was for a wordpress site other than countrycouturier.wordpress.com, and once I realized that I was able to cancel.
