I am having a lot of trouble canceling my account….money has been pulled from my bank….wanted to cancel as soon as possible…but many questions that I don’t know what they mean….Why do you make it so difficult?

The account that you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and have never purchased any upgrades from us. If you had bought upgrades you would see them listed in your billing history, here:

For what site are you trying to cancel an upgrade? Please note that you’ll need to be logged into the account that owns the upgrades in question in order to cancel it.
