cancel my plan and refund

There is an $18.00 dollar charge on my credit card from wpchrg.com. I have not used or been active on this blog for ages and I did not give approval to have any charges on my card. Please cancel my plan and correct the charge immediately.

The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades. Do you have any other username accounts/sites on WordPress.com? If you’re not sure, please fill out the form on wpchrg.com to see what account that transaction is for. You can also contact us privately via that page so we can get the information from you we need to track this down.

Hello, I went to wpchrg.com and they confirmed they found a charge. However, I clicked and was unable to find a specific place to cancel or locate charge. I’m happy to provide you with any info to check to see the charge. I can also include a screenshot of the charge in my credit card as well.

I see you’ve submitted an inquiry via that page. Someone from our billing team will reply to that to help you sort this out.
Alternatively, if you can give me the domain I might be able to help you regain access to the account that owns it, which will allow you to cancel it.
