Cancel my Premium Free Trial

  Hi,

  I will be moving to a hosted wordpress account and i am looking to cancel the free trial of premium so it wont charge me when this runs out.

  Please can you cancel this before i get charged for this service.

  Hi there,

  From Details and Terms:

  You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.

  You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.

  We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.

  You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time, request a refund and also disable auto-renew.

  I’m showing your Business upgrade as already having been cancelled. Were you able to take care of this on your own?
