cancel my premium upgrade

  Hello,
  I want to cancel my wordpress upgrades (premium theme and domain mapping) because I am having difficulty setting my site up and now want to hire a web designer to build me a site. I can see how to refund the domain mapping, but not the premium theme. I had thought I could get a refund within 30 days on the theme upgrade. Is this possible?
