  I cannot figure out how or where to cancel this thing. I have been charged for YEARS!!!!! I have NEVER USED IT! Can you help

  Hi –

  That does not sound like a charge from WordPress.com. Our payments are only collected once per year. If you’re getting billed monthly it’s from another service. My suggestion if you are unsure about where it’s coming from is to file a dispute with your bank and cease payments through them.
