cancel my purchase/renewal

    I am unable to cancel my subscription renewal I purchased today. I transferred my domain to squarespace. How do I cancel and get a refund?

    Hey there –

    Looks like you’re referring to lizzyjanedesign.com. Is that right?

    The domain registration was cancelled and we issued an $18 refund. It could take up to 2 weeks (sometimes longer for international banks) to release those funds in to your account. The funds were released to the bank, so if you need to follow up about the refund my best advice is to talk to them directly.

    From what I can see, the domain registrar now shows as Square Space, and the domain is pointing there as well. This account has been deleted, so there’s no loose ends here.
