  There was a purchased by mistake and would like help to cancel transaction asap please.

  Hi! I don’t see a charge on this account — could you log out, then log in using the email address that is associated with the account? It’d be the one that gets renewal reminders. Then update us here.

  If you’re having trouble with that, can you tell us the address of the site that was renewed?
