  Hi, I didn’t realize it would auto renew and I don’t know how to log in as it’s been years since I used this. I need help accessing my account so I can turn off the auto renewal. When I go into WordPress it takes me to a site that I don’t even own – it was from a class I took. My card was just charged for autorenewal and I need help with turning that off. Thank you.

  For what site are you trying to turn off renewal?

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t even have payment information on file for you. So if you’ve been charged, it’s for an upgrade that belongs to a completely different account.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
