Cancel my renewal and get refund

  I wish to cancel my auto renewal and get a refund of my renewal fee. As stated on the following screen, I am within the 2 day cancellation period:

  but once I select Cancel and get refund, I get the following screen:

  I have the same problem. My domain registration and mapping will be renewed on 30th of December but right now WordPress took the money from my accont. There is a message “This upgrade cannot be cancelled.”
