    The site I need help with is resinhappy.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    What exactly would you like to cancel? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t currently have any upgrades with us.

    You bought a one-month eCommerce subscription from us on 5 May, but that was removed from your account again on 16 June when you didn’t renew it.
