cancel my site and domain

  Hi i am new to word press and signed up to the premium 14 day trial and got a domain but wish to cancel the site and domain. How do I do this?

  I bought a wordpress theme from forest theme and was unable to install it on here so that is my reason to leave.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’d be happy to cancel your WordPress.com Premium trial Upgrade for you. Since you used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:

  1) I can cancel your domain name yellowmountain.me, but this means you will no longer be able to use yellowmountain.me and it may be difficult or impossible for you to regain this domain name in the future.

  2) If you want to keep your domain name yellowmountain.me you can keep it registered with us and just update the nameservers to your new host. Another option would be to transfer it to use with another service elsewhere including your WordPress.org site.

  Please let me know what you would like to do with the domain.

  Please will you cancel me wordpress.com Premium trial Upgrade by option 1 – i don’t mind loosing the domain.

  Hi – I also wish to cancel my wordpress.com trial upgrade. I have followed the process to do this (twice) via ‘my upgrades’ but have not received a confirmation email. Please help me to make sure my credit card does not get charged at the end of the trial period.

  I also wish to close my wordpress.com account as I have decided to self host.

  I want to cancel my site and would like you to refund my 99.00. I have not used this site in over a year. Please advise.
