  I would like to cancel my sites and get a prorata refund.

  What is the URL of your website that the upgrade was purchased for?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
