I wish to cancel the subscription I just started

Staff can help but they cannot do that without relevant information.
- What is the domain URL?
- What is the underlying .wordpress.COM URL?
- Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.COM URL and purchased the upgrade for it?
- If you purchased a bundle of upgrades including a domain URL, or a domain URL through WordPress.COM, do you want to keep the domain URL and use it on another site?
- Have you applied for a refund?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel any upgrade.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours and is clearly stated here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel domain mapping, request a refund from your dashboard, and disable autorenew > Store > My Upgrades. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
